Our site provides search to public records, and your name, city, state, age, and possible relatives are made available through our search. If for any reason you would like to opt-out and remove your information from being listed on our site, you may go to https://www.idtrue.com/optout. There is no charge to remove your information. If there are multiple records, you are allowed to request and remove up to 3 records per person in case there might be duplicates in the search. In order to complete a removal you must use a valid email address, and confirm the record removal via a valid email address.
3rd Party Removals, Power of Attorney, & Agents: If you are an agent or have power of attorney acting no behalf of an individual to facilitate removal and opt-out an individual's records from our search, you must use our online opt-out service free of charge. Our support team is unable to assist locating your customers specific records included in our search, and we will not facilitate a removal request sent via email.
You may remove your information from our email marketing database so as not to receive future promotional communications by go to https://www.idtrue.com/unsubscribe. If you have an ID True account, we will send you emails related to your creating, canceling, and accessing you account and billing.
